How many members are in each Mastermind session?

To ensure optimal participation and impactful collaboration, each session is intentionally limited to a select group of 10 members and their partners. This intimate cohort size fosters deeper connections, facilitates honest feedback, and allows for customized experiences such as our renowned hot seats and personalized one-on-one coaching sessions.

Can residents or fellows join the Mastermind?

Absolutely! We are delighted to offer 1 scholarship opportunity for a resident or fellow in each session. Simply apply through our standard process and indicate your interest in the "Resident/Fellow Scholarship" option. The recipient will be announced one week prior to the session start. However, we regret that we are unable to accommodate medical students at this time.

Do I need to own a business to join the Mastermind?

No prior business ownership is required to join the Mastermind. Our focus is on cultivating and advancing entrepreneurial endeavors during your six-month journey with us. How often does the Mastermind meet?

Typically, we convene once a week for a power-packed 1-hour session from 9-10 PM EST. Prior to the official start, we have an engaging Pre-Meeting Party to foster camaraderie and lively conversations. While most sessions adhere to the designated time, we remain flexible to accommodate the needs of our dynamic team. Additionally, we curate special events, workshops, and guest speaker sessions, ensuring a comprehensive and enriching experience for all participants.

Are additional sessions available if I can't join now?

Absolutely! We continuously strive to meet the demand and offer additional sessions to cater to aspiring entrepreneurs like you. Our current plan entails running two to three cohorts concurrently, ensuring thorough preparation and securing the best-in-class coaches to support your journey toward realizing your dreams.

We begin with goal setting, where each member shares their objectives and 2–3 wins from the week.
If there's a "Hot Seat" session, a designated member presents their business case and seeks feedback.
Our expert guest coaches provide valuable insights and guidance to address the challenges discussed.
We conclude with a Q&A session, allowing remaining members to seek guidance and share experiences.

What defines a "weekly win"?

During successive weeks, each member will share their planned actions for the upcoming week. In the following session, we review whether those goals were attained or even exceeded. Are discussions shared outside the Mastermind group?

How do you select and engage with your coaches?
